Bharatanatyam --- Classical Indian Performance Art
Our Bharatanatyam teacher has trained at the highest possible level in India and comes with 21 years of experience. Bharatanatyam is a major form of Indian classical dance that is indigenous to Tamil Nadu and is the oldest classical dance tradition in India.

Awareness Meditation and Maitrī in Gujarati with Aruna Ji
Aruna Bhaskerkumar Prajapati works in the field of healthcare, ensuring the top-quality standards of healthcare products distributed all across the United Kingdom. She holds a Masters' Degree in Commerce with a specialisation in Cost Accounting.
She conducts Gujarati online awareness meditation sessions as well as sessions on loving kindness or Maitrī, to small groups. Upon request, she also offers meditation instructions in Hindi.
Iyengar Yoga Sessions with Ekta
Ekta Ghale is a student of Usha Devi, one of the senior students of the world-renowned yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar. Ekta has been trained under Usha Devi for more than ten years.
She teaches the daily classes for beginners and weekly classes for children and college students at Patanjala Yoga Kendra (Iyengar Yoga Center) in Rishikesh, the World Capital of Yoga. Every summer she also studies and practices at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Pune, for a few months.
